Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hand wraps or mouthguards remain sealed for hygiene reasons.
Ship the Gear
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment for wear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
