Glove weight depends on your body weight and purpose. Generally, 10-12oz are used for bag work, while 14-16oz are recommended for sparring to provide maximum protection for you and your partner.

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Can I return gear if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hand wraps and mouthguards cannot be returned once opened.
How should I clean and maintain my boxing gloves?
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth after every session. Use glove dogs or deodorizers to absorb moisture inside, and never leave them in a closed gym bag to prevent odor and bacteria growth.
