The Striking Sticks are professionally constructed, padded target sticks, trainers incorporate into workouts in replacement of punch mitts. More flexible and pliable, less dense, design offers excellent punching resistance, and affords trainers to nimbly hit athlete for honing offense and defense simultaneously. Sponge rubber inside foam covers a center, slightly flexible PVC tube for more life-like feel and resistance. A rugged engineered leather striking cover is built to last and can be easily wiped clean after use. Contoured Denier nylon padded handles, with adjustable nylon and hook-and-loop security strap, keeps sticks firmly and comfortably in hand, even in the most rigorous training sessions. Complete with ¼” thick nylon surety wrist lanyards to assure security during all training.
